In October of 2011 my husband and I bought a property with the land that we had been dreaming of – but a house that was horribly dated and needed some TLC. We had a tight time frame of one month, a modest budget and some pretty lofty goals. The project included redoing all the flooring and trim in the house, reworking all the cabinetry, custom built ins, re-finishing a beautiful oak staircase, and much, much more. Anyone who has ever done a big renovation project knows that a contractor can make or break a project. We hired Colton Brady to do the job and it was one of the best decisions we made. He was on-budget, on-time and did beautiful high-quality work. In addition, he always returned my calls in a timely manner. A rare thing with contractors. The result was stunning and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

I had Colton do some finish work in my dental office in 2010. He did such nice work that we hired him to do all of the finish work in our new home, including our beautiful spiral staircase. Two years later, we are still so thrilled with his work we recommend him to freinds and family all the time.

We hired Colton to do a mantel remake and closet remodel in our 10-year-old home. The mantel needed updating, and the closet was very oddly shaped and impractical. Colton offered great suggestions when he came to take a look and give us an estimate, and he carried out the job wonderfully! Both the closet and the mantel are beautiful, better than expected. We love the quality and careful finish work.

Colton did an amazing job designing, creating and finishing our built in bookshelves. Colton listened to our ideas, gave us some of his ideas and together our bookshelves turned out better than we could have imagined. Colton was easy to work with and we would definitely use him again. Highly recommend!

We have used Colton for several projects in our home ranging from trim work to remodeling. Each time we have been very pleased with his work. We appreciated Colton stopping by at least once a day to see how the project was going, and he had a eye for detail making sure that project was done correctly. Colton was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner to address questions that arose. His workers were friendly, always showed up on time and were respectful of our home. We plan on using Colton again in the future.

After having a remodel of our house that I purchased five years ago, I learned much about timing, scheduling, skilled labor, demolition, and how to live in your home when the air gun goes off early in the morning coupled with dudes loud voices. I thought I knew everything about construction and gant charts after being a President/CEO of a Bio-Chemical company for twenty five years. Well….not. This experience or new skill set was taught to me by Colton amongst many others variables that I thought I had a handle on but again…not.
Colton managed to level things out with my wife and myself by caring and listening coupled with hard work, strong skill sets and honesty. He was very truthful about things and if it couldn’t be done there were no charades about it. However, he would try every angle to get what you wanted done and most of the time he delivered a concept that was engineered to even a higher expectation. His sub contractors, including his designers were all very professional in attitude and handpicked for their skill set.
Today, we call our home ‘the castle’ and we are very proud of it. Everything in it was designed by mutual thought between us and Colton during the remodel. In the end I learned that Colton, in my opinion, brings results, on time deliverables, minds the budget and communicates well so you don’t FREAK… Want a tour of our house? Give Lora or Colton a call as they have the key to the joint. Just don’t drink all our vin rouge-antioxidants in the new Wine Cellar he built….
